Case actions are vital to producing accurate GTS reports and statistics. Some case actions are required in order to perform some GTS functions. For example, recording the adjudication of incapacity and appointment of a guardian is required in order for the guardian to be able to complete some reports.

The following includes the complete list of case actions that can be recorded in GTS. This list is likely to be shorter than the list of case actions available in your case management system, but represents those actions that are important for GTS reports and statistics. GTS case actions are not always going to match, word-for-word, the corresponding case action in your case management system. When creating a case action in GTS, therefore, choose the best option.
