Adding Bonds or Bond Waivers
When a bond is ordered for or waived on a case by a judge, this must be recorded in GTS.
Recording an Ordered Bond
Record bonds ordered by a judge as soon as possible. It is critical that ordered bonds are added to a case before a guardian begins any reports in order to populate the bond details. If the bond is not added before the guardian begins their reports, it could mean that the report would need to be removed and re-entered.
