Find a Case

The quickest way to open a case is to use the Find a Case section of the Dashboard. Enter the case number in the Case File No. field and press ENTER on your keyboard. The case opens directly to the GTS Case screen which is used to record case actions, manage case participants, generate report reminders for guardians, and more. The Find a Case section is also used to start a search using criteria which can be used to open a case when the case file number is not known. For more information, see Advanced Search.
